Wayne Nichols is an Australian comic book artist and commercial
illustrator. His latest projects include Star Wars: The Force Unleashed for
Dark Horse Comics, Giant-Size Incredible Hulk and Exiles: Days of then
and now for Marvel Comics, Afterburn for Red 5 Comics and Kate Lawson
and the Ship of Lost Souls for writer/creator Jonathan Lally and
Phosphorescent Comics.
Previously, Wayne spent five years as a lead artist with noted gaming
developer Vision Gaming. During his tenure, he created artwork for their
best-selling gaming machines, Sharky, Magic Money and Knights Quest.
When he's not slaving away behind pencil, nib or wacom pen, Wayne
enjoys spending time with his girlfriend Amy, composing frenetic
electronic music on his PC, hanging with his friends and family and playing
ball with his dogs, Mintie and Rusty.
Wayne was born upon the cusp of cancer and gemini on the 22nd of June,
1978. He currently resides in sunny Brisbane, Australia.
